At BETAFPV, we want to ensure you have the best experience with our FPV gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Submit a support ticket through our official website with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue or reason for return.

  Technical Evaluation

  Our support team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos to confirm the condition of the electronics and troubleshoot any technical glitches.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to the provided warehouse address.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 business days.
